THE BOOKING FORM WILL BE LOCATED UNDER THE “TATTOOS + INFO” TAB WHEN IT IS ACTIVE.

BOOKING FORM TIPS:

  • DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR CONTACT INFO IS ENTERED CORRECTLY.

  • BE SPECIFIC WITH YOUR IDEA + PLACEMENT DESCRIPTIONS.

  • PLEASE LIMIT YOUR IDEAS TO NO MORE THAN THREE ELEMENTS.
    IDEAS WITH TOO MANY ELEMENTS MAY BE EDITED OR REJECTED.

  • FLEXIBILITY IS KEY.
    FRIDAYS + SATURDAYS ARE THE QUICKEST TO BOOK UP.
    BOOKING ON TUESDAYS-THURSDAYS WILL GET YOU IN QUICKER.

  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR AN INITIAL REPLY

  • ONCE THE BOOKING PROCESS IS STARTED,
    PLEASE BE READY TO RESPOND + TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT

  • IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY IN MORE THAN TWO WEEKS,
    CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM/PROMOTIONS FOLDER

ALL TATTOO APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT

DEPOSITS

  • DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS OF CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE + TIME OR THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE FORFEITED

  • YOUR DEPOSIT IS SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR BALANCE AT THE COMPLETION OF YOUR TATTOO

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE + NON-REFUNDABLE

  • DEPOSITS EXPIRE AFTER 6 MONTHS

RATES

•DEPOSIT: $100
•HOURLY RATE: $250

PAYMENT

THE BALANCE FOR EACH SESSION IS DUE AT THE END OF EACH SESSION

  • CASH

  • PAYPAL WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $5 PER $100 CHARGED

  • VENMO WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $5 PER $100 CHARGED

  • CREDIT CARD (WITH THE TAP SYMBOL) WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $5 PER $100 CHARGED


RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

  • KUMO TATTOO: AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OR YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED

  • GUEST SPOTS: CANCELLING LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FORFEITS YOUR DEPOSIT

  • RESCHEDULING THE SAME APPOINTMENT MORE THAN ONCE WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT
